The 2009 Independence Day Car Show sponsored by the Tri-County Car Club and Campbellsville University on Saturday, July 4, 2009, attracted 111 entries. And though there was a slight chance of rain in the afternoon, all 95 awards were handed out and all of the entries were well on their way home before any precipitation fell.
